When i import the package and play the Movie scene example, the movie doesnt play on the RawImage Object is only an RawImage object attached which has an missing texture.

How can i add an video there?

What version of Unity are you using and Target Build?

im using Unity 5.2.1 and Target Build is windows game (the normal one)
