I had this error for ages :p I later found out that the hosting was screwed. Try using awardspace.com for hosting it worked for me and lovatto uses it

I found the problem, to solve this problem you should use "PHP version 5.4.37" on your hosting, if you do not know how to change the PHP version, please contact your web provider.

the lowest it goes is 5.1

i just got hosting24 (Hostiger) and still the lowest PHP version is 5.1

they said they are unable to put outdated versions on
and i got that other web hosting that you recommended the Awardspace and they also refuse to go lower than 5.1 so im out almost 40$ from different hosts

dont change anything when you use awardspace, just use a free account
