Integrate MFPS With other kit.

I purchased MFPS and added my own custom levels and models. I would like to hire someone that can implement a gui with character selection. I will provide all the models with the character controllers. I will buy an inventory asset from the asset store. I would like the selected characters to be able to pick up items from the scene and have the items be saved in a mysql cloud database. All the picked up items will be created by me. Once the char logs off, he can log back in and have the items that he picked up before. The game will not track kills or deaths. The characters should be able to zone in to another level and still have all their items. How much would you charge to implement this. Will pay half upfront and then the rest for each thing accomplished.
