Delta Will not spawn if not the Exact same as Recon

So I keep getting this bug where the Player for delta will not spawn into the game unless i use the same prefab for it as i do for recon.
I just get blank screen that says no camera when i spawn in. yet if i place the Recon prefab to spawn instead it works fine. i thought it was just bug with the prefab so i copied the recon prefab. changed the texture and saved it to use as the delta prefab. i get the error again

check bl_GameManager.cs in spawn function for sure that the process is the same for both teams.
