Error Logger is a runtime tool for ULogin Pro designed to help you make your game more stable and polished by capturing and reporting in-game errors and exceptions encountered by players, giving you a straightforward way to debug and resolve them.

If you’ve released games before, you know—or if you haven’t, you’ll soon discover—that no matter how much effort you put in, early versions of your game or in major updates, despite all the testing, bugs will slip through. These errors impact your player reviews and, ultimately, your game’s reputation if aren’t resolved quickly. However, most players won’t provide detailed error feedback, leaving you with little to work from and making it challenging to pinpoint the causes of these errors. That’s where this tool becomes invaluable. It lets you see errors as soon as players encounter them, along with the detailed information you need to track down the cause. This way, you can fix issues promptly, update your game, and protect your game reviews and reputation.

The tool monitors and detects in-game exceptions, automatically sending them to the server along with detailed client information for easier debugging. Errors are categorized server-side, recognizing recurring issues across different players. Each error report includes valuable client details such as OS, CPU, GPU, Memory, etc… along with specific game context when the error occurred, including the active scene, game time, screen mode, resolution, etc…

Using the Admin Panel, you can view all reported errors, see how many times each error has occurred, and how many unique players encountered it. You can also examine each individual report for in-depth details about the error and the client, providing valuable information for troubleshooting and fixing issues.

This tool is essential for achieving a solid, polished game. As a developer, testing every possible scenario across various systems is not possible, even with a team. You need to help from your players too but most players won’t manually report bugs, but with Error Logger, they don’t have to. Errors are automatically logged and reported, providing the insights you need to identify and fix issues.
