Bots/AI and gravity

I basically removed the terrain and made a flag cube. I brought over the scripts from the terrain but seems the enemies float or if I try to fix it they are sunken in. But when they float and die the bodies drop and hit my floor like normal. Any suggestions? Really happy to have found you guys btw.
