why are there no previously purchased addons for version 1.9, but only those that I bought recently?

This is because old orders don't get updated when a new link (besides the default one) is added,
but in MFPS 1.9 you can download your purchased add-ons (for MFPS 1.8 or 1.9) directly in the Editor through the Addons Manager window -> Downloads

thanks but I don't have a download window in the addon manager, All links are sent to purchase

the download window has been updated, but there is a problem

The problem with the duplicated addons should be fixed now, please confirm.
Regarding to the view, replace the code of MFPSAddonsData.cs with this:
