Problem with UILogin - Help Please !

Hello Dear lovatto studio
I have a problem that I need your help to solve.
I just got the UILogin servant and configured it!
My problem is one or two things, when I enter the username and password, I go back to the previous login page, which asks me only for the name, or better to say, the default login page of the game.
When I solved this problem with your help maybe some problem have fixed.

Sounds like you haven't enabled the addon.

You probably right, but as soon as I activate it I get 4 errors, thank you for your help.
it seems to be related to data saving.
and I add this I was read documention but I not understand. Please help me
