Reload while running

Currently Player doesn't reload when in running animation, but I want to implement that

Check bl_Gun.cs -> bool m_CanReload

There you have the conditions that have to be met so the player is able to reload, simply remove this:
controller.State != PlayerState.Running
and it should work as you want.
