No motion field property for pistol state machine

Hi sorry for making another topic for this but it seems my reply was missed in the original post.

Basically I am trying to replace an AI animation for specifically when holding a pistol.
I've found the pistol state machine however when i select idle or running there is no motion field property shown.

I've tested this on a fresh MFPS project and there is no motion field property shown for the pistol, I can only see the property's for the rifle state machine.

any help appreciated

I just check this in a fresh project and it's not happening, so probably that error was caused in your end,
the easier solution for that is reimport again the Player Animator Controller, simply import the MFPS again and in the Import window unselect ALL but the player animator controller.

I made a new project and imported MFPS and Photon.

I checked both AI and Player Animator Controllers. In the animator controllers I clicked Upper > Pistol. After clicking Pistol I see Idle, Run, Reload, and Fire, nothing is shown in the inspector when I click on any of the 4.

The only time I can see the Motion field property's is when I click the Rifle state (which is the default orange)

I'm either thinking there is a misunderstanding or it is because the Pistol state is not default.
The motion field property's are also not shown when i click any other gun beside rifle. (Sniper, Shotun, Grenade, etc.)

I did exactly what you did in the video, in a fresh project with MFPS 1.7.5 in Unity 2019.4.1f1, not get that problem,
So that probably could be a Unity problem, which version of Unity are you using?
Have you tried with a different Unity version?

I've just updated to the newest version of Unity 2020.1.1f1 and made a new project with MFPS version 1.7.5 and added photon. Nothing shows up in the Inspector when I click Idle, Run, Reload, or Fire in any State besides Rifle.

Are you able to view the motion field for the other states as well? Including Sniper, Grenade, Shotgun..etc

On my side I can only see the motion field properties in the Rifle state which is set as default.

sorry to keep asking i really thought updating unity would fix it but i guess not...

This is a bug in Unity 2020 itself, not the project. In Unity 2019.4.1f1, there is no such thing and it works stably. The error occurs after duplicating objects in the animator.

I've tried with Unity version 2019.3.15f1 as well. with a fresh MFPS project where I didn't make any changes.

I'll install 2019.4.1 but I can't see how that version will make this work since I still get the error even without duplicating anything...
