Help Setup MFPS 2.0

Can anyone walk me through how to setup MFPS 2.0 and install some of the additional assets. I cant seem to find any detailed tutorials and i keep having errors when i try it on my own.
My goal is just to simply build a fun custom FPS game for my friends and coworkers to enjoy
